Sequoyah Manor is inspired to find friendly and dedicated staff members for our Nursing Facility.
In our employment application packet, we will ask potential employees for the following:
Personal Information (First Name, Last Name, DOB, Address, Etc.)
Two forms of Government ID (SS card, Driver’s license, State ID)
*Tribal cards cannot be accepted as a form of government ID for employment
Prior work history
Educational Background (diplomas, certifications, Licenses)
Personal references
Background information
*All potential employees will be screened and fingerprinted for the safety of our residents and fellow staff members.
