Employment at Sequoyah Manor

Sequoyah Manor is inspired to find friendly and dedicated staff members for our Nursing Facility.

In our employment application packet, we will ask potential employees for the following:

  • Personal Information (First Name, Last Name, DOB, Address, Etc.)

  • Two forms of Government ID (SS card, Driver’s license, State ID)

    *Tribal cards cannot be accepted as a form of government ID for employment

  • Prior work history

  • Educational Background (diplomas, certifications, Licenses)

  • Personal references

  • Background information

*All potential employees will be screened and fingerprinted for the safety of our residents and fellow staff members.
